Today, we’re excited to announce that
SendGrid is now available on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Marketplace as a single-solution for transactional and marketing email. This makes it even easier for senders to leverage our platform for scale, deliverability, flexible APIs, marketing tools, and industry-leading support.
Dave McCann, Vice President, AWS Marketplace and Service Catalog, Amazon Web Services, Inc., sums up what this means for email senders nicely. “AWS Marketplace is a global digital catalog that helps customers find, subscribe to, and deploy the software and services they need to run on AWS,” said McCann. “With the availability of SendGrid’s platform on AWS Marketplace, customers will be able to quickly innovate, by more easily taking full advantage of the breadth of services offered by SendGrid, which include integrating the SendGrid cloud email platform into applications those customers already run on AWS.”
Businesses large and small need the ability to send emails
programmatically for purchase confirmations and password resets and in batch for newsletters and
email marketing campaigns. SendGrid supports both of these use cases by offering developers customizable APIs and comprehensive documentation, and providing marketers a UI with tools for segmentation, analytics, and email design.
AWS’ cloud will also provide SendGrid with a larger international presence and ensure that we continue to provide excellent deliverability for our growing customer base–no matter where they send email.
The AWS marketplace provides easy integration and allows us here at SendGrid ability to educate customers and streamline the onboarding period. Customers can access AWS Marketplace and quickly subscribe to SendGrid.
SendGrid will also provide valuable educational resources and support tools on the AWS Marketplace, where customers can access our vast library of support and documentation. We will use the marketplace to communicate product enhancements and email best practices.
SendGrid will provide customers with 24/7 support and assistance to help them scale their email communications.
In addition to joining the marketplace, SendGrid has also recently joined the
AWS Partner Network as an advanced partner. This classification means that SendGrid met AWS’ criteria for customer support and had positive customer reviews.
Our launch on the AWS Marketplace also supports SendGrid in international expansion and providing solutions for customers with significant volume variability.
SendGrid wants to ensure that all customers find the email solution that is right for their business and that helps them scale. Regardless if you are a startup planning to send one thousand emails or an enterprise partner who sends one billion, SendGrid has a solution for your business.
Later this year, SendGrid will be participating in AWS Connections and
ReInvent event series where we will showcase SendGrid’s capabilities in more detail and meet with innovative companies from around the globe. We hope to see you there!
